FULL TIME EMPLOYEES
All full time employees are eligible for this total compensation package. You should familiarize yourself with the coverage available to you and your family. Further explanations of coverage are available from your ProTech manager or by contacting your benefit representative.

SUMMARY OF BENEFITS
The enclosed information below gives a brief description of ProTech's benefits and policies provided for full time employees. After your initial enrollment, benefits plans may only be changed during the company "open-enrollment" period. This is in November of every year. Some exceptions to this rule are loss of coverage, or change of family status.
MEDICAL COVERAGE
ProTech full time employees are eligible for medical coverage through United Healthcare. The company pays 50% of the cost. Premiums are automatically deducted. Employee cost is shown in copied scales. This amount is a monthly deduction that is split up into two and deducted from your paycheck.
SICKNESS
ProTech employees are eligible for sickness pay after one year of service. Employee's hourly rate will be paid up to five days based on a twelve month rolling period. A doctor's excuse maybe required upon request.
VACATION
ProTech full time employees are eligible for two weeks vacation after one year of employment and three weeks of vacation after five years of employment. The employee will also gain another day after 12 years, one more after fourteen, one more after sixteen, one more after eighteen and one more after twenty years of employment.
EXAMPLE:
1 year of employment = 2 weeks of vacation
5 years of employment = 3 weeks of vacation
12 years of employment = 3 weeks & a day of vacation
14 years of employment = 3 weeks & 2 days of vacation
16 years of employment = 3 weeks & 3 days of vacation
18 years of employment = 3 weeks & 4 days of vacation
20 years of employment = 4 weeks of vacation
HOLIDAYS
There are seven paid holidays each year. New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas, and a floating holiday (eligible after one year of service).
TRAINING
ProTech will pay for all approved training. They will also pay for wages while attending classes in approved cases.
DEATH IN FAMILY
A full time employee may be granted a limited time off with base pay when it is necessary due to a death in the immediate family. An immediate family member is defined as a mother, father, sister, or brother.
FAMILY LEAVE
Under the family leave act, employees may elect to take up to six months of unpaid absence to care for a family member (baby, child, and parent).
SERVICE AWARDS
Service awards are given to employees for attainment of periodic anniversaries.
